Our hotel is situated at the heart of the city, which means all important places of interest in Hamburg are just a few minutes away. This also applies to the conference and exhibition centre, the trade fair grounds, the business district and the port on the Elbe, as well as the many nightclubs on the Reeperbahn, which Hamburg is so famous for. If you are just arriving or when the time comes to leave, the hotel is a few minutes by car from the airport and motorway and a short distance from the train station.

Arriving by car

A7/A1 from the south:
At the Maschener Kreuz junction, take the A1 towards Lübeck/Berlin until reaching the Hamburg-Süd motorway junction and from there take the A255 towards the city centre. After crossing the Elbbrücken bridges over the River Elbe, take a left after roughly 1 km and turn into the Amsinckstraße. Follow this road for a further 2 km towards the city centre. Follow the signs for the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), take a right and then continue in the right-hand lane. Continue past the central station and after the "Kunsthalle" gallery take a right into the road "An der Alster". Please keep in the right-hand lane because the road splits here. After some 200 metres you will reach the LE ROYAL MERIDIEN HAMBURG.

A1/A24 from the north/east:
At the Hamburg-Ost motorway junction head towards Hamburg-Jenfeld. The motorway ends in Hamburg-Horn and here you should take the 2nd exit towards the city centre. Take the Sievekingsallee-Bürgerweide following signs for the city centre, take a right towards the "Alsterschwimmhalle" and continue straight on into the Wallstraße. When you can see the Alster inlet, take a left into the road "An der Alster". The hotel awaits on the left-hand side. Continue to the next junction and make a u-turn at the traffic island. Please keep in the right-hand lane because the road splits here. After some 200 metres you will reach the LE ROYAL MERIDIEN HAMBURG.

Arriving by train

Hamburg central train station:
Take the Kirchenallee exit and keep to the left until the Ernst-Merck-Strasse/Lange Reihe where you should cross this road. You should see St. George's Church on the right. Here you should turn into the Alsterwiete and follow this heading towards the Alster inlet until reaching the road "An der Alster". After some 100 metres you will reach the LE ROYAL MERIDIEN HAMBURG.

Arriving by plane

Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel Airport:

Taxi:
Taxis can be found outside the arrivals terminal at all times. The journey time is roughly 30 minutes. Cost per journey: Approx. EUR 20.00

Airport Shuttle:
The JASPER Shuttle Bus leaves every 15 minutes for the central train station (Hauptbahnhof). Price per person and journey: EUR 6.50
