Chili Nut - probably the greatest star that ever graced our hotel.

Invented once upon a time by our master chef as a little piece of Le Royal Méridien to take away, a personal gift for guests, the chili nut was a symbol of the creative cuisine that was applied to even the smallest snack. These premium nut, hand-dipped in delicious chili paste, were greeted avidly by our guests, who munched them at the bar, in their rooms and on their travels. The Chili nut soon became synonymous with Le Royal Méridien; she was the personal touch that accompanied every guest - even after their departure...

The world moved on, times changed and the chili nut vanished. 
But our guests still missed the familiar ritual of snacking on the tasty treats - at the bar, in their rooms, on their travels.
They kept calling for the return of the chili nut. And so, finally, the chili nut now announced her comeback tour - and she is coming to you!
The way we see it, every one of our guests deserves the chili nut and everything she stands for: supreme service with personality, service that inspires, that develops creative new ideas and implements them with professionalism.

Now this service is moving into the outside world from the confines of our own four walls.
